We are seeking a creative and energetic Content Creator to develop engaging digital content that strengthens Mithila Holdings’ brand presence across various platforms. The role requires someone who can generate fresh content ideas, create compelling scripts, and produce content that connects with audiences while aligning with the company's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative content ideas for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital channels.
Create engaging reels, short videos, stories, posts, and brand storytelling content.
Research trending topics, competitors, customer interests, market updates, and industry-related content opportunities.
Develop short, attention-grabbing scripts, hooks, and concepts for videos.
Appear confidently on camera to present company products, services, and brand messages.
Create content that reflects Mithila Holdings’ vision, values, and business objectives.
Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, trending sounds, and audience behavior.
Assist in planning and executing content campaigns and promotional activities.
Understand basic video editing principles, including cuts, captions, transitions, music timing, and reel pacing.
Collaborate with marketing and business teams to develop effective content strategies.
Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on audience engagement.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Required Age:Less than 26 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communication, Business, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, or similar role.
Age between 22–26 years.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good command of English in both written and spoken communication.
Ability to generate creative and fresh content ideas.
Comfortable appearing on camera and presenting naturally.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital content formats.
Basic knowledge of video creation and editing tools.
Ability to research and analyze trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
Creative mindset with strong storytelling and attention to detail.
