Job Description

  • To develop and deliver strategic, holistic write-ups like content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website
  • Conducting in-depth research in order to develop original content for campaigns that support our client's marketing, branding, and positioning throughout the entire customer journey
  • Plan, write and capture high-quality, engaging content for our social media channels
  • Copywriting briefs to understand project requirements and Proof reading content for errors and inconsistencies
  • Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice
  • Collaborate with designers, PR and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages, social media campaigns)
  • Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability
  • Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website
  • Create Social Media and prepare content development strategies and action plans
  • Develop stories that effectively communicate with specific audiences with specific interests
  • Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience
  • Identifying customers' needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content
  • Collaborate closely and effectively with designers, other marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to drive authentic, consistent, and compelling messaging and customer-centric content across multiple channels
  • To maintain day-to-day application of our digital and social media channels to share content, interact with audiences and manage leads for in house pages
  • Think outside the box to produce digital and written content to promote services of the client
  • Community management of the clients
