Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Chef at Bhojan Unlimited Restaurant and Bar located in Kathmandu District. The Executive Chef will oversee the kitchen operations, plan and create menus, manage food inventory, and ensure high-quality culinary dishes are served.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of various cuisines and culinary techniques
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage and lead a diverse team of kitchen staff
• Certification from a culinary school is a plus
