We are looking for a highly creative and growth-focused Content Clipper / Growth Editor to transform long-form content into engaging short-form assets that drive audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness. This role sits at the intersection of content production, social media strategy, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate understands how to identify viral moments, create attention-grabbing edits, and optimize content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Clipping & Editing:
- Review podcasts, webinars, interviews, meetings, and long-form videos to identify high-impact moments.
- Create compelling short-form video clips optimised for social media platforms.
- Add captions, animations, graphics, transitions, and branding elements.
- Ensure content is edited to maximise retention and engagement.
Growth & Distribution:
- Develop platform-specific content strategies to increase reach and audience growth.
- Optimise titles, hooks, thumbnails, descriptions, and hashtags.
- Repurpose content into multiple formats, including videos, carousels, quotes, and social posts.
- Track trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm changes.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor content performance metrics, including views, watch time, engagement, shares, and conversions.
- Identify top-performing content patterns and recommend improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing on hooks, captions, and formats.
- Report weekly insights and growth opportunities.
Content Operations:
- Maintain a content calendar and publishing schedule.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align content with business objectives.
- Organise and manage content libraries and assets.
- Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and quality standards

Requirements and qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in video editing, content creation, or social media growth.
- Proficiency with editing tools such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- CapCut
- Final Cut Pro
- DaVinci Resolve - Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn content strategies.
- Excellent storytelling and content packaging skills.
- Ability to identify viral content opportunities and audience interests.
- Strong attention to detail and fast turnaround times.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with podcasts, personal brands, or B2B companies.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Figma).
- Experience with AI-powered content tools.
- Understanding of paid social amplification and growth tactics.
