Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and qualified Content Administrator Officer. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the organization by performing duties and responsibilities assigned and other tasks related to the content resources. You will also work closely with the staff and provide support services to other departments when required.

Job Responsibility

Documentation and Filing:

  • Manage documentation and filing processes efficiently.
  • Ensure all content resources are properly documented and easily accessible.

Digital Content Management:

  • Maintaining and updating content databases, ensuring all digital assets are current, properly tagged, and archived as needed.
  • Oversee digital content management, ensuring content is organized and up-to-date.
  • Implement best practices for content storage and retrieval.

Data Management:

  • Handle large data sets, including processing, verification, reconciliation, and reporting in Excel.
  • Conduct data analysis to derive insights and execute necessary actions.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth content operations.
  • Report on content management activities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Collaboration: 

  • Working closely with other departments, such as business and marketing, IT, and product development, to ensure content aligns with overall company goals and projects.

Department Activities:

  • Direct and coordinate departmental activities in line with system regulations and policies.
  • Exchange ideas and information to handle tasks efficiently and effectively. Quality Assurance: 

Quality Assurance: 

  • Ensuring that all content adheres to the organization’s guidelines, including style, tone, and branding. 
  • This may involve reviewing content for accuracy, and adherence to SEO best practices.

Training and Support: 

  • Providing training and support to other team members on content management systems (CMS). 

Additional Tasks:

  • Carry out any additional tasks assigned by a supervisor or senior within the scope of the job.
