Role overview

Manage national and international volunteers and support on volunteers’ engagement in program implementation ensuring compliance across ENGAGE Project and support in program implementation, developing learning materials, Coordination with partner organizations, people and operation department for volunteer management, continuously follow up and maintain all report and record in a more systematic way.

Skills, qualifications and experience:

Following qualifications and experience is required for consultant.

  • 3 years of working experience in similar position with bachelor’s degree in project management support.
  • Experience of working with different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Ability to work in a technical team and support others.
  • Ability to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds with commitment to diversity. Ability to build partnerships and relationships in a multi-cultural environment with demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communications in English and local languages.
