Role Overview
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
Qualification: Master's degree in Education
Project Design and Management: At least 5 years’ experience in the field of project design, project planning, and managing education projects with inclusive education components such as gender inclusion and adolescent sexual and reproductive health education – delivering expected benefits in challenging contexts
Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to build effective working relationships with different donors, VSO global teams, department heads, and governments
People Management: Experience of line management of project team members, prioritization skills, decision making skills, focus of the program, coping skills, managing time etc
Financial: Experience of successfully monitoring and managing budgets.
Flexibility: Ability to manage a project in a changing context, recognizing and being open to ambiguity, uncertainty and opportunities.
Information Technology: Good level of computer skills (Windows, Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, and Internet).
Travel Requirement: Able to travel in project areas
