The main objectives of IRDP/NTIC are:
Smart Health program is one of the major components of IRDP/NTIC. The program has two parts:
The program aims to achieve these through the establishment of a smart-health lab and research network. The smart-health lab is envisioned to adopt existing tools, develop and implement smart health platforms, which will be as per international standards.
Scope of work:
The scope of work includes amongst others, the following tasks. It will be completed using a combination of desk reviews, interviews with key stakeholders and field visits and discussions with experts in the KU IRDP/NTIC team.
Part 1: Baseline / Context Analysis:
Part 2: Development of Plan for Smart-Health platform development using enterprise architecture approach or alternative tools.

Note: Consultant's fee is negotiable based on the qualification and experiences.
