This is a great opportunity for someone who comes from an engineering background and looking to move into a management background. We will fully train you to make the switch and work in a great US-based company.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide fast, kind, honest customer service
• Process new insurance policies
• Complete insurance application
• Modify existing policies
• Provide technical support
• Respond to client inquiries
• Learn the ins & outs several types of Commercial Insurance
• Consult with ana upsell customers on services for them
