We are looking for someone with fluent English, written and verbal, as our customers are all based in the US. Detailed oriented is a must. This is a great opportunity for someone who comes from an engineering background and looking to move into a management background. We will fully train you to make the switch and work in a great US-based company.

Responsibilities :

• Provide fast, kind, honest customer service
• Process new insurance policies
• Complete insurance application
• Modify existing policies
• Provide technical support
• Respond to client inquiries
• Learn the ins & outs several types of Commercial Insurance

Working Hours: 8 AM to 4 PM USA PST time

(9:45 PM to 5:45 AM Nepal Time) 

Note: This is a night time job and candidates willing to work night shift should only apply. Good working laptop and good reliable internet connection is a must.
