Akashi Japanese Language School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Consultancy Service Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for providing client-centered solutions. You will be responsible for promoting our consultancy services, guiding potential clients, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the client journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Pitch and promote educational consultancy services to potential clients.
Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person visits.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely and clear information.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and support.
Maintain records of client interactions and follow up regularly.
Provide after-sales support and resolve client concerns effectively.
Represent the company professionally in all communications.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
More than 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or consultancy (preferably in the education sector).
Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali.
Strong interpersonal skills and client-handling abilities.
Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Knowledge of Japanese education or language consultancy is a plus.
