Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Supervising, coordinating and scheduling the daily activities of construction sites
Coordinate with sub-contractors
Monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations
Supervise site engineers, site supervisor & subcontractors on site
Evaluate employee performance
Meet Construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.
Hold weekly meeting with the team
Fulfill HR needs for Recruitment, Training and during appraisals
Supervise multiple sites during the course of a day
Ensure Daily/weekly updates from every Engineers/Supervisors
Ensure a safe, secure and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards & Procedures
Meet operational standards resolving problems, contributing information to strategic plans

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Good Presentation Skills
Previous working experience as a Construction Supervisor for 7-8 years in higher position
Ability to read construction blueprints and designs
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects with urgent deadlines
