Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Project Manager with a strong background in hotel and resort projects. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing both exterior and interior construction works and must be willing to work full-time on-site outside the valley.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from initiation to completion
Oversee both exterior and interior construction activities
Manage daily site operations, contractors, subcontractors, and resources
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and progress reports
Identify and resolve project issues efficiently
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in hotel/resort projects
Strong leadership and team management skills

Preferred Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
