Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Project Manager with a strong background in hotel and resort projects. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing both exterior and interior construction works and must be willing to work full-time on-site outside the valley.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from initiation to completion
• Oversee both exterior and interior construction activities
• Manage daily site operations, contractors, subcontractors, and resources
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and progress reports
• Identify and resolve project issues efficiently
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders
