  • Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities
  • Establish and strategically build a solid customer base
  • Set team goals and conduct monthly performance reviews with all team members
  • Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals
  • Negotiate with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution network
  • Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework
  • Communicate with national and international vendors, distributors and customers
  • Able to handle social media, public relation efforts and content marketing
  • Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions
  • Evaluate competitors
