We built our own tracking library with OpenCV. Now we need a brilliant engineer to make it blazingly fast on mobile.
At Himalogic Software in Kathmandu, we’ve developed a custom computer vision solution for our AR education platform. Working directly with OpenCV’s team, we created a specialized marker tracking library that integrates beautifully with Unity.
But here’s our challenge: Performance on iOS isn’t matching commercial solutions yet.
We believe this is because our solution was built for general use cases, but we only need to recognize our specific markers. There’s massive optimization potential in that specialization.
