Job Description

Install, upgrade, and maintain computer hardware components such as CPUs, RAM, hard drives, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues.
Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and updates.
Provide support for software-related issues.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
Provide technical assistance to end-users, both in person and remotely.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
Implement and maintain security measures, such as antivirus software and firewalls.
Perform regular data backups.
