Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking dynamic and skilled Computer Teachers who can effectively teach basic to intermediate computer concepts, promote digital literacy, and guide students in developing practical IT skills in a classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Computer Science / ICT to lower secondary and secondary level students
Deliver lessons on programming concepts (Scratch, Python, QBASIC, etc.)
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical assignments
Conduct practical classes on basic computer operations and applications
Teach topics such as MS Office, internet usage, programming basics (if applicable), and digital literacy
Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and assignments
Maintain a disciplined and interactive classroom environment
Support students in developing practical computer skills
Maintain academic records and reports
Participate in school IT activities and programs

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree completed Or Master’s Degree running in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (B.Ed preferred)
Relevant certifications will be an advantage

Experience:

Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred
Freshers with strong computer knowledge and teaching ability may also apply

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of computer fundamentals and ICT concepts
Programming knowledge in Scratch, QBASIC, Python, or similar languages
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner
Good classroom management and student engagement skills
Effective communication and presentation abilities
Practical knowledge of MS Office and basic software tools
Ability to conduct hands-on, practical-based teaching sessions
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Salary is negotiable based on the candidate’s experience and skills.
