Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a strong understanding of local and international policies related to human rights and forced labor. They must have excellent communication skills, with a good command of English and proficiency in compliance procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure adherence to laws and regulations
  • Monitor and update company policies and procedures to align with changing regulations
  • Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on compliance policies
  • Investigate and resolve any compliance issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Prepare necessary reports and documentation for internal and external reviews
  • Ensure all employee files are in compliance with HR policies and practices
  • Assist in conducting due diligence on potential hires and clients to ensure compliance
  • Remain dedicated and willing to learn and apply local and international policies and regulations related to compliance, human rights, and forced labor.
