Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Officers to join our team in Kathmandu. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position requires a thorough understanding of compliance standards and regulations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and implement compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with management from other departments to ensure compliance and investigating irregularities.
  • Monitoring the organization’s compliance with regulations and internal policies to ensure they are up to date with the relevant laws.
  • Operation, implementation, maintenance and reporting of Quality System and other internationally accepted ethical recruitment standards.
  • Complete Control of Non-conforming products, concession and corrective and preventive actions.
  • Reporting on performance of the organizational system as a basis for improvement to the Management Review Committee.
  • Handle customer related activity and conduct the customer satisfaction survey.
  • Prepare the internal audit plan for each department and submit the internal audit report of each division to the top management.
  • Train the employees regarding social compliance.
