Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Officers to join our team in Kathmandu. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position requires a thorough understanding of compliance standards and regulations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and implement compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with management from other departments to ensure compliance and investigating irregularities.
Monitoring the organization’s compliance with regulations and internal policies to ensure they are up to date with the relevant laws.
Operation, implementation, maintenance and reporting of Quality System and other internationally accepted ethical recruitment standards.
Complete Control of Non-conforming products, concession and corrective and preventive actions.
Reporting on performance of the organizational system as a basis for improvement to the Management Review Committee.
Handle customer related activity and conduct the customer satisfaction survey.
Prepare the internal audit plan for each department and submit the internal audit report of each division to the top management.
Train the employees regarding social compliance.
