• Semi Qualified CA/Graduate/Post Graduate
• Minimum 2 years of experiences (Mandatory)

OCR:

• Preparation and applying with Nibedan, Prabandpatra, Niwemawali, Minutes, Warishnama, 3 months compliances documents, annual compliance documents, Share Lagat, Share transfer documents and other secretarial compliance documents for OCR.
• Liaisioning with Company Registrar office to get work done timely  

Local Body:

• Preparation of minutes, application and other documents to get firm registered/renewed in local bodies.
• Liaisioning with local bodies to get Company/Firm registered on timely manner.

IRD/Customs/EXIM department:

• Preparation of minutes, application and other documents to get firm registered/renewed in IRD/Customs/EXIM department
• Filing VAT/Excise/Customs returns
• Advance Tax Payment
• Preparation of Tax representation documents
• Any other tax related consulting
• Liaisioning with IRD/Customs/EXIM department

Banijya/Gharelu/Udhyog:

• Preparation of minutes, application, Project report and other documents to get firm registered/renewed in local bodies.
• Liaisioning with Banijya/Gharelu/Udhyog registered/renewed on timely manner.

Other regulatory bodies:

• Preparation and applying for various compliance and registration of other regulatory bodies and applying for those companies and registration work.
• Liaisioning with those related regulatory bodies and get the task completed timely.
