Job Overview:

Compliance Manager is responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing risk-related programs. Creating and coordinating proper reporting channels for compliance issues. Developing company compliance communications. Coordinating and scheduling required compliance training for employees

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on the interpretation and implementation of internal policies, industry practices, applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor and ensure internal policies and procedures are rightly followed, resolve and/or escalate any noncompliance.
• Monitoring suspicious and exceptional transactions, its evaluation and control plan and procedure
• Proper coordination with every department for effective implementation of compliance functions and other policies
• Prepare and revise Documents, internal Policies
• Lead and execute compliance program, Company Risk plan and KYC/AML/CFT
• Compliance audit plans, including audits examination and investigations and ensure timely completion of Compliance Report.
• Proper coordination with NRB, Auditors and other external parties
