Job Overview:

Compliance Manager is responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing risk-related programs. Creating and coordinating proper reporting channels for compliance issues. Developing company compliance communications. Coordinating and scheduling required compliance training for employees

Key Responsibilities:

Advise on the interpretation and implementation of internal policies, industry practices, applicable laws and regulations.
Monitor and ensure internal policies and procedures are rightly followed, resolve and/or escalate any noncompliance.
Monitoring suspicious and exceptional transactions, its evaluation and control plan and procedure
Proper coordination with every department for effective implementation of compliance functions and other policies
Prepare and revise Documents, internal Policies
Lead and execute compliance program, Company Risk plan and KYC/AML/CFT
Compliance audit plans, including audits examination and investigations and ensure timely completion of Compliance Report.
Proper coordination with NRB, Auditors and other external parties

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Qualification:

Master’s degree in Finance/ Administration or related field. But preference will be given candidate who have completed Charted Account (CA)
At least 5 years of working experience in related field

Key Skills/ Knowledge:

Ability to assess and interpret risks
Business and IT knowledge
Ability to use the business ERP systems
Sound understanding of regulatory guidelines and policies

Behavioural Skills:

Strong leadership skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Critical thinking, effective problem solving
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong people skills
Creativity and high standard of integrity
