Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Location: Head office, Kathmandu with occasional visit to project sites

Minimum Requirements

Chartered Accountant (ICAN/ICAI) with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in compliance, auditing. Experience in hydropower audit will be preferred.
Sound knowledge of Nepalese regulatory frameworks and standards related to the hydropower sector.
Fluent in verbal and written Nepali and English languages
Should be able to work under pressure and must have strong leadership skills.
Should be able to clearly communicate and follow up with stakeholders.

Major works to be performed

Financial Audit
Financial Projection
Financial management
Budget planning, preparation, implementation and reporting
Preparation of financial reports as per NFRS, present to the stakeholders etc
