Compliance Head

Location: Head office, Kathmandu with occasional visit to project sites

Minimum Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (ICAN/ICAI) with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in compliance, auditing. Experience in hydropower audit will be preferred.
• Sound knowledge of Nepalese regulatory frameworks and standards related to the hydropower sector.
• Fluent in verbal and written Nepali and English languages
• Should be able to work under pressure and must have strong leadership skills.
• Should be able to clearly communicate and follow up with stakeholders.

Major works to be performed

• Financial Audit
• Financial Projection
• Financial management
• Budget planning, preparation, implementation and reporting
• Preparation of financial reports as per NFRS, present to the stakeholders etc
