Job Description

Daraz is seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits specialist who wants to make their mark on a growing company. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, great communicator, and enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents, in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring timely payroll processing, retirement funds processing and settlement processing
  • Responsible for GL maintenance and earnings & deductions maintenance with minimal oversight
  • Understand and keep abreast of all company, government and other applicable compliance requirements and ensures tasks are performed in accordance with these requirements
  • Review, analyze, and reconcile payroll and other payroll related data according to established timelines, standards, and procedures and provides insight into the reason behind discrepancies
  • Performs audits and validations of payroll transactions; Prepare quarter-end and year-end tax reports 
  • Helps to provide guidance to employees and other HR functions in matters related to Payroll processing, systems, and tax laws
  • Handle inquiries and complaints to ensure quick, courteous resolution for all employee benefits program such as group insurance, medical, accident and annual health checkup
  • Coordinate and process insurance claims or requests and ensure timely payment of monthly premiums
  • Handle leave management system and develop related reports
