Everest Hospitality and Hotel Ltd., the owning company of Kathmandu Marriott Hotel is seeking to recruit competent, determined, and self-motivated candidates for the following position based in Kathmandu. The prospective candidate must meet the following criteria.

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in public company operations and policies.Undertake liaison works.
• Provide legal, financial and/or strategic advice during and outside of Board and General Meetings.
• Train directors and members of the senior leadership team on corporate governance matters.
• Take an active role and provide valuable inputs to the BOD and executive management for facilitating decisions by sharing critical issues.
• Keep up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization.
• Ensure that policies are up to date and are approved.
• Draft, finalize and maintain duly signed records of the BOD minutes.
• Prepare relevant documents, papers, and notices and publish as required, plan, organize, convene and service AGMs, take minutes, draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns with appropriate departments.
• Provide support to the board or other committees on specific projects.
• Act as a proficient interface between shareholders and the institution, especially the BOD.
