Job Description

  • Managing the Chairman's calendar of appointments.
  • Preparing agendas and minutes for various meetings, and following up on the conclusions.
  • Gathering details of different products and services worldwide using various modules such as email, web, or telephonic communication.
  • Preparing a complete staff work list on behalf of the Chairman and reviewing daily work reports, communicating the same to the Chairman.
  • Preparing proposals, PowerPoint presentations, several drafts, and communicating them to the concerned individuals or authorities.
  • Excellent at guest handling.
  • Maintaining different types of confidential files related to meetings or any communications involving the Chairman, both in hard and soft copies.
  • Handling all documents related to the Chairman’s office.
  • Occasionally traveling with the Chairman within the country or abroad when necessary.
  • Available to communicate with the Chairman even after office hours.
  • Adhering to a strict office timetable and working closely with clients and other team members.
