Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Science/Rural Development/any related field
Minimum 2 years’ of relevant work experience in Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) and Disability Rehabilitation work or in Inclusive Development work with related trainings
Diploma in Community Health and Development. Minimum 5 years’ of work experience in rural development work or 2 years’ work experience in CBR program
Ability to understand the situation of People with Disabilities (PWD) and their families and have empathy towards PWDs
Willingness and ability to work remote areas and challenging environment
Good coaching, mentoring, capacity building, training and facilitation skills
Good computer skills and communication skills in Nepali and English language, both in written and verbal
