Qualification and Experience

• Intermediate level pass
• Minimum 3 years’ of work experience in Community Development field or 1 year work experience in CBR project
• At least SLC passed/CMA/ANM/Social Mobiliser with 5 years of work experience in community mobilisation, implementing activities and monitoring to ensure quality standards
• Ability to mobilise groups
• Willingness and ability to work in remote areas and challenging environment
• Ability to improve the lives of PWD and their families, marginalised people
• Ability to work with churches and Christian communities in the project location
• Good coaching, mentoring, capacity building and facilitation skills О Good computer skills and communication skills in Nepali and English language, both the written and verbal
