Qualification and Experience

Intermediate level pass
Minimum 3 years’ of work experience in Community Development field or 1 year work experience in CBR project
At least SLC passed/CMA/ANM/Social Mobiliser with 5 years of work experience in community mobilisation, implementing activities and monitoring to ensure quality standards
Ability to mobilise groups
Willingness and ability to work in remote areas and challenging environment
Ability to improve the lives of PWD and their families, marginalised people
Ability to work with churches and Christian communities in the project location
Good coaching, mentoring, capacity building and facilitation skills О Good computer skills and communication skills in Nepali and English language, both the written and verbal
