Job Description

Reporting Line: Marketing Director/ Corporate Affairs Director

Main Responsibilities:

  • Development of External and Internal Comms. strategy and plan/budget annually
  • Establish Nepal media network independent from Agency’s network in key markets/cities (key media list; build strong relationship with media in each key cities/market)
  • PR activities planning, organization and implementation 
  • Development and maintenance (newsletter, intranet. Other forms of communication platforms)
  • Bridge between local country / market and Regional / Global Communication team 
  • Facilitating or implementation of global initiatives and key projects 
  • Implement and communicate Group CSR Policy & Guidelines – policy handbooks and other communication materials at local level (including key operation sites e.g. major breweries, offices, etc.) 
  • Identify and implement Community Engagement project in Nepal
  • Improve internal & external communication on CSR activities – Nepal CSR report; third party audit, regular meeting and best practice sharing 
  • Establish the procedure for Nepal Issue & Crisis Management process
  • Provide support and consultancies to other functions whenever there is an issue or crisis occurred
