Job Description

We’re seeking a Communication Officer who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and skilled in both verbal and written communication.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
Identify client needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
Build sustainable relationships with clients through active engagement.
Record all client interactions in the CRM system accurately and comprehensively.
Deal with inquiries via phone and email with courtesy and professionalism.
Achieve both individual and team-based qualitative and quantitative targets.
Ensure proper follow-ups and timely reporting to respective officers.
