Job Description

We’re seeking a Communication Officer who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and skilled in both verbal and written communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identify client needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Build sustainable relationships with clients through active engagement.
  • Record all client interactions in the CRM system accurately and comprehensively.
  • Deal with inquiries via phone and email with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Achieve both individual and team-based qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Ensure proper follow-ups and timely reporting to respective officers.
