Roles and responsibilities of this job

We’re seeking a Communication Officer who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and skilled in both verbal and written communication. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask effectively, work under pressure, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer interaction and communication management.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive a large number of inbound calls, manage outbound calls, and report to respective officers on time
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers as an when required
Keep records of all conversations in our CRM database in a comprehensive way
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Deal with all inquiries professionally and courteously, on the telephone or via e-mail
Have to use our CRM system to record every day to day activity

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
Fluency in written and spoken English
Good Knowledge of Communication tools
Ability to organize, prioritize, and work under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Sense of responsibility and punctuality
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
Enthusiasm to lead and set an example to other team members
Work experience in the field of communication would be a plus point

Note: This position requires availability during early morning shifts.
