Job Description

We’re seeking a Communication Officer who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and skilled in both verbal and written communication. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask effectively, work under pressure, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer interaction and communication management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive a large number of inbound calls, manage outbound calls, and report to respective officers on time
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers as an when required
  • Keep records of all conversations in our CRM database in a comprehensive way
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Deal with all inquiries professionally and courteously, on the telephone or via e-mail  
  • Have to use our CRM system to record every day to day activity
