Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Knowledge of the visa of Australia
Familiar to Australian documents
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documentation and information provided in visa applications.
Preparation and verification of documents
Collation and documentation of available documents
Maintenance of reports and other relevant documents
Ensured adherence to established operating procedures during document submission
Implemented submission of all documents within time and quality parameters
Scrupulously evaluate and validate all documents
Undertake administrative tasks and other assignments, which may be assigned from time to time
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our CRM database in a comprehensible way
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Strong communication skills along with active listening
Familiar with CRM system
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Work experience should be 1 year or more
Fluency in written and spoken English
Good Knowledge of Communication tools
Ability to organize, prioritize, and work under pressure
Detail-oriented and should be able to research for answers
Sense of responsibility and punctuality
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
Enthusiasm to lead and set an example for other team members
