Other Specification

Bachelor's Degree preferred in Public Health, Mass Communication, Psychology or related discipline of Social Sciences.
At least 3-5 years of experience in drafting concept notes, proposal writing with smart communication skills, and interfacing challenges with effective facilitation and mentoring skills in teamwork and team building.
Having good presentation skill with excellent writing in English language.
Can work with visual editors, graphic designers for the audio-visual production.
Working skills in a team of a wide range of professionals particularly related to media background, development sector, and related others.
Flexibility in working hours in meeting deadlines and part of deliverables as per the need.
Good knowledge of development sector issues, development projects, and deliverables ideas related to Governmental and Non-Government existing programs and implementation ideas.
Display cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality, and age sensitivity and adaptability.
Candidates having two wheeler riding access would be preferably an additional advantage.

Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

The job vacancy for the Communication & Outreach Officer is specifically looking for an individual having sound knowledge of proposal writing, research and communication activities comprehensively with the following responsibilities;

Drafting concept notes and proposals based on the research, following the guidelines of audio-visual production need and project implementation of funding agency requirement.
Development of project proposal responding call for proposals and generating proposal ideas for different agencies together with consulting program team as per necessary.
Assisting in the design of program, adaptation, and its implementation as required.
Assisting project implementation through developing, pre-test, and communication tools.
Working in deadlines for project deliverables, drafting periodic and final reports and their submission in the completion of projects.
Leading team members for implementation of projects and documentation together in relation with program team and its execution as per the guidelines and requirements.
Preparation of presentation through PowerPoint presentation, physically and virtually to the funding agencies and partner organization during selection interviews, project updates, and incorporating feedbacks and other reporting requirements as necessary.
Assisting the program team by drafting scripts and storyboards and other materials as guided.
Ensuring effective communications among the team members and response funding agency being a focal person through emails and other mediums of communication.
