Roles and responsibilities of this job

Casa Deyra is a Kathmandu-based home rental management company, currently managing 100+ serviced accommodations, including 1BR, 2BR and 3BR units. We provide short-, mid- and long-term stays with a focus on quality accommodation and guest experience. For our Marketing Department, we need the following personnel:

Key Description:

Support internal and external communication activities
Prepare and manage communication materials
Respond to guest inquiries through social media platforms and OTAs
Handle business leads and correspondence
Coordinate with the Marketing and Operations teams for smooth guest transfers and related activities

Important: A two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is compulsory for this position.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Hospitality from a reputed college/university
Experience in Marketing, Communication or the Hospitality Industry will be an advantage
Good experience in dealing with people
Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Business Development activities

Key Skills:

Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Active team player with a positive attitude
Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills
Proficient in written and spoken English
Tech-savvy and comfortable using various smartphone applications
Knowledge of social media marketing
Knowledge of OTAs such as Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda
