Major Responsibilities:
Maintain website and social media sites (Facebook, Twitter and YouTube) such as daily monitoring, posting and content development.
Prepare IEC materials, news updates and messages and disseminate thorough website, email, and social media.
Support for improvement and management of communication & documentation system of the organization.
Maintain database including documents, reports, and other key information of the organization.
Develop and ensure the data management system including data and information collection, analysis, data organization and data presentation.
Documentation of the lessons learned, case studies, periodic reports and study or survey findings.
Be involved in designing and publication of the results and outcomes as well as promotional materials.
Prepare press statements, memorandums, communiqué, and organizational position papers on issues of governance, service delivery, human rights, civil society and NGOs.
Required Competencies:
Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in IT, computer science, communications, statistics, journalism or other related discipline with 2 years of similar work experience. Master’s degree in related discipline is an asset.
Good knowledge in communication and IT with skills to maintain website and social media for daily monitoring, posting and content development.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and proficiency in Nepali and English are required.
Proficient in computer software particularly adobe Photoshop, Lightroom CC, Google and Microsoft platform.
