Major Responsibilities:

• Maintain website and social media sites (Facebook, Twitter and YouTube) such as daily monitoring, posting and content development. 
• Prepare IEC materials, news updates and messages and disseminate thorough website, email, and social media.
• Support for improvement and management of communication & documentation system of the organization.
• Maintain database including documents, reports, and other key information of the organization. 
• Develop and ensure the data management system including data and information collection, analysis, data organization and data presentation.
• Documentation of the lessons learned, case studies, periodic reports and study or survey findings.
• Be involved in designing and publication of the results and outcomes as well as promotional materials. 
• Prepare press statements, memorandums, communiqué, and organizational position papers on issues of governance, service delivery, human rights, civil society and NGOs.

Required Competencies:

• Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in IT, computer science, communications, statistics, journalism or other related discipline with 2 years of similar work experience. Master’s degree in related discipline is an asset. 
• Good knowledge in communication and IT with skills to maintain website and social media for daily monitoring, posting and content development. 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and proficiency in Nepali and English are required.
• Proficient in computer software particularly adobe Photoshop, Lightroom CC, Google and Microsoft platform.
