  • Must have prior Culinary experience [ minimum 6 years] within a star rated hotel or large volume restaurant operation Overseas Experience in F&B within a hotel is a plus
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of Continental, Indian & Oriental Cuisine
  • Must be flexible with schedule and be able to work any and all shifts within a 24-hour operation


Job Description

  • Prepare special meals or substitute items.
  • Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
  • Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator.
  • Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and food prep checklists
