Job Description

Assist Head and Sou chef with preparation & packaging of dishes
Doing all the preparation before opening hour
Washing utensils, vegetable , meat and other things
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen
Learn from the head and sou chef on a daily basis
Make sure the kitchen is ready to operate before opening and cleaned after closing
Work in a fast paced environment
Be good with taking orders and have good communication skills
Have experience doing the responsibilities mentioned above in other restaurants or hotels
Be passionate about working in a kitchen and love cooking food
