Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Enrollment & Support – Assist with student admissions, records, and inquiries
  • Compliance & Documentation – Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records
  • Financial Management & Accounts Support – Handle invoicing, payments, and financial reporting
  • Communication & Coordination – Liaise with students, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in RTO administration, vocational education, or higher education
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms (Moodle), Student Management Software (RTO Manager, Accelerate, Wisenet), and CRM & Accounting Software (Xero, MYOB)
  • Strong organizational & multitasking skills to manage various administrative functions
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
