Job Description

  • Coordinate with the school management team regarding curriculum research and development.
  • Plan, develop, implement and review of teacher’s development programme.
  • Support teachers in unit and lesson planning and provide feedback on timely manner.
  •  Coordinate with school management team regarding effectiveness of the programme and student performance and develop improvement method
  •  Provide guidance, monitor and oversee the outcome of teacher’s performance
  • Smooth flow of communication between school management team and teaching staffs regarding academic issues.
  • Coordinate with school management team and other concern department to execute the programme and activities effectively and efficiently as per annual academic plan.
  • Assist school management team in budget planning, implementing, monitoring and reporting.
  • Coordinate, monitor and/or supervise the activities of assigned volunteers and interns.
  • Coordinate with school management team and other concern department to ensure that program/events/activities are managed timely and successfully
