Job Description

Coordinate with the school management team regarding curriculum research and development.
Plan, develop, implement and review of teacher’s development programme.
Support teachers in unit and lesson planning and provide feedback on timely manner.
Coordinate with school management team regarding effectiveness of the programme and student performance and develop improvement method
Provide guidance, monitor and oversee the outcome of teacher’s performance
Smooth flow of communication between school management team and teaching staffs regarding academic issues.
Coordinate with school management team and other concern department to execute the programme and activities effectively and efficiently as per annual academic plan.
Assist school management team in budget planning, implementing, monitoring and reporting.
Coordinate, monitor and/or supervise the activities of assigned volunteers and interns.
Coordinate with school management team and other concern department to ensure that program/events/activities are managed timely and successfully
