We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Clinical Liaison Analyst to market our services and products to patients, caregivers, and care providers. Top candidates have excellent organizational skills, are effective and proficient time managers/multitaskers, and can make informed recommendations by maintaining knowledge of our services and industry developments.

Required:

• Must be able to work in a variety of healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospices
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills, using diplomacy, professional demeanor and discretion to deal with patients and hospital staff daily
• Must be able to work regular full-time hours, but be flexible enough as admission/marketing responsibilities may dictate to meet goals
• Must be customer service oriented, have excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, and an active listener.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree with intermediate technical skills
• Must gather and review physicians, patients, and hospital administrators' clinical needs and produce suitable recommendations to product workflow changes

Expected:

• Excellent Information management skills, manage correspondence and maintain data in CRM
• Conduct market study assessments of industry, product, and logistic workflows including existing implemented systems to establish suitability for Vriya's business
• Produce high-quality deliverables and reports (including any concerns) to assigned supervisors and/or executives
• Ability to work in a team, supervised, or work independently at times

Desirable:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Medical fields such as Nursing, Pharmacy, Biotech, etc. or MBA
• Practical experience in a clinical setting
• Knowledge and/or experience about Electronic Medical Record workflow in a clinical setting
• Experience in healthcare-related marketing
• Valid driver’s license with up-to-date insurance
