Under the overall Supervision of Executive Director and direct supervision of Lab Head/Pathologist, the candidate will assist in providing laboratory service for the operation of Saraha Health Care and Research Centre. He /She will have the below duties and responsibilities and competencies;

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the specimen collection, processing, reporting and recording of clinical specimen conducted as per guidelines set by Governing bodies 
• Supervise subordinates, provide guidance, counseling and coaching for technical matters.
• Coordinate with Laboratory Manager/Pathologist for stock maintenance, equipment maintenance, documentation and reporting.
• Ensure the quality report dispatched over time.
• Coordinate with Clinic Administration and Lab Manager and Pathologist to provide quality services
• Ensure the Good Clinical Laboratory Practice well maintained in Laboratory
• Ensure the quality measures for the testing’s undertaken, quality control measures followed.
• Ensure the various units of laboratory well operated.
• Coordinate with Pathologist and Lab Manager to produce quality manuals and SOPs.
• Provide support for expansion of the services
• Support Laboratory Manager and Pathologist
• Perform such other duties as may be required
