Job Description

Mortgage Empire is a leading home loan and financial service provider in Australia. As a Clients Relationship Specialist with us, you will play a vital role in assessing and facilitating home loans for our clients. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with new and existing clients for their high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Be the first point of contact for existing as well as new loan processing clients.
  • Review new client’s fact-finder and complete missing information in discussion with the client.
  • Follow up on missing documents with clients during the preliminary, loan approval process, and settlement.
  • Manage the entire process of loan settlement after application lodgment.
  • Complete existing clients' bi-annual review to ensure clients' loan products and rates are suitable and competitive in the current market.
  • Manage clients' requests for loan product changes or interest rate reviews.
  • Provide effective and prompt solutions to clients’ needs, concerns, or issues.
  • Identify refinance opportunities by ongoing review and monitoring of existing clients' home loans.
  • Identify opportunities for investment loans by ongoing review and monitoring of existing clients’ financial situations.
  • Touch base with clients regularly to ensure their requirements are met and they are satisfied.
