  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage

Job Description

  • Respond promptly to student and channel partners inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms with accurate and helpful information.
  • Support students in completing university applications, ensuring all required documents are collected, checked, and submitted on time.
  • Maintain and update records of student applications, leads, and partner activities in the internal CRM or database systems.
  • Assist in organizing education fairs, seminars, and promotional events in coordination with the Partner Relationship Manager.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with students and agents to ensure smooth progression through the application and admission process.
  • Prepare and organize documents, generate reports, and assist in collecting feedback from clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials, and support digital marketing efforts as needed (e.g., social media posts, email campaigns).
