At D:20 Labs, we craft stories that move people — through strategy, creativity, and digital experiences that make brands shine. We’re looking for a Client Servicing and Project Officer who can turn ideas into action, keep our clients happy, and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Act as the main communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
Plan and coordinate content, campaigns, and creative deliverables.
Prepare proposals, budget plans, and presentations for clients.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery from the back-end team.
Collaborate with creative, production, and digital teams to execute campaigns effectively.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in client servicing, project management, or a similar role (agency experience preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude, team spirit, and a creative mindset.
