Client Services Executive

Hypeyeti Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is urgently seeking an eager and energetic Client Service Executive to handle client communication and collaborate with the Operation Manager. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

Minimum Requirements: 

• Internship in client communication in a marketing agency 
• Strong Communication and Inter-personal skills 
• Basic understanding of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. 
• Basic understanding of website development terminologies like web hosting, domain, content management system (CMS), etc. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate tasks and feedback from the client
• Assist Marketing Strategist with pitching new ideas to the client 
• Assist Social Media Manager to generate monthly reports
• Assist Operations manager in creating documentation like agreements, PIs, quotations, proposals, etc.
