Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the team for documentation, client correspondence, and visa lodgement purposes. 
  • Update and maintain client databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Conduct research and gather information to produce informative and engaging content that reflects the company's brand and values.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company standards.
  • Liaise with the clients to customize the content per their conditions to ensure the consistency and accuracy of their scenarios.
  • Research any given topic and bridge gaps and inconsistencies to ensure alignment in style and delivery.
  • Communicate and cooperate with clients and colleagues to understand the different cases and their prerequisites.
  • Understand the individuality of the situation and create content and documents to justify the critical nature of the situation at hand.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Acknowledge internal communication promptly.
  • High caliber work ethic and customer service to be upheld at all times while performing the above tasks.
