Job Description

  • Coordinate, communicate and collaborate with clients to ensure that deals are finalized and implemented with proper MOU
  • Manage and enhance relationships between the company and its clients
  • Provide support services (including basic technical support) to the existing client base while ensuring high usage and renewal of products/services
  • Coordinate with Inbound Marketing/Events team for activities related to events and campaigns
  • Plan for better user experience for clients
  • Carry out Client satisfaction survey and reviews
  • Undertake customer data analysis
