Must have completed Bachelors (Specialization in Marketing is preferable)
Minimum having 2 years of experience in related field
Excellent client management and communication skills
Strong knowledge of statistical analysis methods
Strong presentation and communication skills
Positive attitude and desire to exceed expectations
Strong attention to detail, highly organized and focused on work quality
Passionate about advertising field and sound knowledge of the advertising industry

Note: Must have two wheeler with valid driving license

Creating a portfolio of client and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them
Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client’s advertisement projects
Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects
Be completely responsible and accountable for the assigned projects
Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients
Identifying ‘at risk’ accounts and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained
Monitoring work performance of team members and setting sales targets
Generate and develop new clients
Provide strategic support for market analysis, new clients pitching, and development of overall business target of the agency
Abide by working policies and ensures that data confidentiality is maintained
Maintain projects, timelines, media schedules and due dates
Reporting monthly to the management team regarding the monthly sales and plans
Conduct and report weekly meeting with supervisors and the team
